Also thank you so very much for the gift. It was unbelievably kind of you and bought a tear to our eyes. It is absolutely beautiful and such a treasure for us.
Your care and commitment throughout this whole process has made it that little bit easier for our family and I cannot thank you enough. You are incredible and beautiful person and so good at what you do.

First & foremost, Lisa & I want to thank you for taking such beautiful care of our mum Alison & of ourselves, after she passed away in March. It was an absolute pleasure to deal with you. Your efficiency, empathy, patience & kindness made an incredibly difficult time just that little bit easier for us both. On a personal note, I also want to thank you for encouraging us to honour our mums wishes in relation to a funeral service, rather that buckling under pressure & doing what we thought other people were expecting. As a result of your wisdom & integrity we were able to give our mum the most beautiful, personalised send off in her beloved garden, surrounded by family & her closest friends. It was a true ‘celebration of life’ & the party she had always told us to throw her when she was no longer here.
