Late of Burrumbuttock, passed away peacefully on 23.12.2023, aged 90 years.
Beloved husband of Sylvia (dec.).
Devoted and dearly loved father and father-in-law of John and Debra, Annette and Rob, Karen and Paul, Tanya and Darren. Cherished grandfather and great-grandfather of Ashton, Aaron, Briana (dec.), Raina, Emmet, Jared, Brenton, Olivia, Nicola, Shane, Samuel and Mikayla, and their families.
Loving son and son-in-law of Helena and Roy, Annie and Eddie.

Dad/Pa, we were so lucky to have such a unique father/pa in our lives.
You have imparted in all of us a love of open spaces, animals, the ocean and the importance of family.

Dad, my old man, Viv & Pa,
‘I’m alright’ were the last words I’d hear from you. Little did I know that I would not get to talk to you again. You nearly made 91 years of age, for some reason I thought you’d live forever because you were so stubborn. Thank you for my love of the bush, dogs and birds. For teaching me that nothing is for free.. We’ll miss all of the stories, wisdom that you passed on, your laugh and your strength. Rest in peace Dad, Love Tanya & Darren

Pa I just wanted to thank you, as the time I was able to spend with you only made me a better person and a better man. You taught me things about myself that I’ll treasure forever . Thank you for everything. Samuel.
