Passed away peacefully surrounded by love on 23rd of August 2026 aged 81 years.
Youngest son of Alice and Bob Ritchie, brother of Betty (Jourdain), Bobby (Hodda), Russell, John, Norman, Noel, Margaret (Gaffy) all deceased and Shirley (Collins). Husband of Marlene.
Adored and adoring father of Emma, Damien and Kate. Much loved and respected father in law of Phil, Jennifer, Jesse, and Luke.
Best Poppie in the world to Bella and Bram, Lucy, Louis and Margot and his beloved great grandchildren Beau and Daisy.
The most loved and admired man, who was gentle, kind, loving and humble to the very end. We are devastated to lose you. There is a giant Poppie sized hole in all our hearts.
Dad, you have left a lasting legacy of love in all of us. We are who we are, because of you.
You have taught us how to love each other, laugh together and ‘Fill a page’ every day. We are so proud to have been yours, and you, ours.

Funeral Details
Prayers of Christian burial will be conducted at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Cnr Mate and Swan St, North Albury, commencing at 1.00pm on Thursday the 3rd of September 2026.
An interment service will follow at Glenmorus Memorial Gardens, 54 Glenmorus St, Glenroy.
