Hi Gillian,
I was so sad to hear of Graham’s passing and very frustrated at not being able to be present at his service.
Graham had a profound influence on my career and I owe him a huge debt of gratitude for his confidence in me, his guidance and his friendship.
My sincere condolences to you, Andrew, Chris and their families.
