"LESLIE, Jon Desmond" Comments
Jon was a quiet man while we all supported our children in sport and was one of the most popular parents. He was a legendary man who brought a smile to your face and will be missed sadly.
Shelley, Kevin and Adam Weston.
Sad to hear about the passing of Jon. We have fond memories of Jon during the football years and will always be grateful for his happy, positive and encouraging attitude.
Stephen, Heather and Ben Chaffey.
John was a great & honourable friend.
He was lucky to have such a great loving family.
Rest well John
Gone too soon. Will be missed, and always remembered.
Marg, Peter and Graham
Very happy and supportive of all the players at soccer. Was like a second father to my daughter Paige. We will miss your kindness. ❤️
Jon was the nicest person anyone could meet. I loved watching the soccer with him and having a good chat. Always chatting about Jon’s Geelong fc and my Carlton fc. Jon will be sadly missed and my thoughts are with Carol and all family members. A great family man and a great dad. I’m going to miss our chats so much.
RIP Jon
We will miss Jon terribly, he leaves a massive hole in our lives. We had so much fun with carol and Jon , so many holidays and so many fond memories. Jon had so much love to give everyone he met, but he loved no one more than Carol and his children it was an absolute pleasure to see 💕
