‘Barry’
Passed away peacefully at the age of 92 years after a brief illness, having lived in Albury for the past 20 years.
Barry was known in South Australia from his days as a TV director at the ABC and as a Channel 9 weather presenter for 14 years.

In Albury, Barry was actively involved in Table Tennis and the Albury Write Friends Group.
He is survived by his loving wife, Therese E. Pitman, his five children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Funeral Details
Barry will be privately cremated.
There will be a private family celebration of Barry’s life in South Australia at a later date.

We knew Barry Pitman when he lived in Normanvile, SA. He became a good family friend and helped with our then large garden.
We all loved him and had many happy times with Michael, Chris and Daniel.
May he Rest In Peace with no weeding now.
