"Bowen, Kingsley Alan" Comments

Charles Mitchellsays:

There are some people in this world that only after a short time, you know you can trust, without hesitation, Kingsley was one of those rare and special individuals.
We worked together discussing a raft of local & world issues watching and protecting each others backs as we marked out roads avoiding trucks & cars. Each day I think of your earnest and thoughtful personality and our many conversations. I enjoyed our short time together, always feeling safe working with you. I continue to think of you in my thoughts each day. I really will miss you Kingsley.

David Blanchard (Butch)says:

Many tears have been shed since hearing of your passing. After knowing you for 40 plus years you wouldn’t want us to mourne your passing but to remember and celebrate your life for you will always be in our hearts and minds. Until we we meet again brother keep riding and fishing the waves through eternity our never forgotten Viking Wariour. Rest in Peace Kinga.

Richard Gasanzsays:

A lifetime of friendship laughter good banter great memories will not be forgotten. You was second to none as a friend a man a father. Going to miss the educational chat on wood carving and sprint bikes and the fun times of our younger years but I’ll never miss the memories that make me smile. Always in my heart and memories

Geoff, Gayle, Sidonie and Jordan Robertssays:

Kingsley. For your whole life you were our nephew and cousin. We didn’t always see you but you were always an integral part of our thoughts and family. We shared some times talking about fishing where you displayed a passion and skill that we all found mesmerising. Your smile, your kindness, your empathy was always on show. And you walked in the shoes of your dad.

Lewis , know that your dad loved you and you are loved by your family.

Love always

The Bondi Roberts

Kingsley, Kinga A true Gentleman
The sadness of your passing will live on for a lifetime as will the beautiful memories we made, and those I will hold close to my heart and cherish forever
Rest peacefully Gorgeous Man 💙🙏

Matt Grechsays:

Kinga, I met you in my first job at Castle Hill Toyota, when I left school back in 1992. We worked together for about 5 years. I remember being impressed that you had been in the job for quite a few years, had finished your apprenticeship and were driving around in a company car as our sales rep. I thought to myself, if I do well here and follow in Kinga’s footsteps, I could get a company car one day 🙂 We shared plenty of laughs and more than a few drinks as well!

It was great to catch up with you at our CHT reunion last year. You seemed happy and it was great to hear you speak about your son and how proud you were of him. Absolutly tragic that you’ve passed at such a young age. RIP Kinga.

Fay, Jennifer, Mark and Dianne Bowensays:

We have great memories of spending time with our cousin and nephew, Kingsley, in his family home in Leysdown Ave North Rocks. Kingsley was a robust confident young boy with a cheeky personality. We fondly remember that whenever Kingsley got into trouble for doing something he shouldn’t, his response was that “It wasn’t me, the witch did it!” We will always remember his great spirit and good humour and how it reminded us of his late father Cliff. It is the greatest of tragedies that like his father, we have lost another great Bowen man way too soon. Kingsley you will be sadly missed but you leave us with great and everlasting memories. We wish we could be there in person but our hearts are with all who loved Kingsley – our deepest condolences and love.

Sandy Csays:

RIP Kinga, beautiful and fun memories of you.

Tanya Byronsays:

I was blessed to love & be loved by this beautiful gentle man. There would always be bunches of flowers from his garden & these meant way more than any expensive & elaborate bouquet from a florist. We shared so much laughter & fun times, I will carry these memories always in a safe place in my heart. The night he passed we’d watched the Matilda’s play, with Kings cheering from the sidelines… he was happy & it was so good to see him happy.
Kings thank you for sharing your life with me – how do I begin to say goodbye.. please hold my hand & walk with me, don’t let go. I will look for you & I will find you, in the sunset or in the flowers… I will find you.
Rest easy beautiful, gentle man xx

Michael Moussasays:

Everyone comes into our life for a reason……

I had the absolute pleasure of working with Kingsley at Castle Hill Toyota, we were part of a team that was bullet proof, he was fiercely loyal, hard working, dedicated and instrumental in the success we enjoyed.

Many proud moments I shared with Kingsley including the time when he successfully completed his Spare Parts Interpreter Specialist course (4yrs) he was presented with an award at the time from NSW Premier Nick Greiner, (We both pinched ourselves). I also had the pleasure of meeting his beautiful family over dinner at his place which I will never forget.
I had the pleasure of socialising with Kingsley where he would always mingle & was a great listener, we would frequent the old gym at Castle Hill RSL, he was strong & tough.
After 13yrs he chose to move on, i was happy for Kingsley however i desperately wanted him to stay.

After a 25 or so year absence a reunion was organised by Mandy, the team caught up in May 2022 & it’s as if we never left each others side, happy & healthy banter, lots of laughs & reminiscing, Kingsley spoke about his progress/journey he never stopped talking glowingly about his son Lewis, the night passed by so quickly.
So the fire was reignited, we spoke regularly about everything from fishing, Kayaks, olives, kids, cars & solved some of the worlds problems.

Another proud moment was recently when he sent me the most beautiful photo of the sun setting from his place at Holbrook with the words “ Cheers Mick I love ya”.

Everyone comes into our lives for a reason, I believe our paths crossed in order for me to understand adversity, team work, loyalty, persistence, compassion, affection & love.

Kingsley I can’t begin to tell you what an inspiration you have been, you have made me so proud.

A loved one leaves us only when the fond memories are forgotten, Kingsley will live on forever.
RIP Kinga ❤️
