With Sincere Condolences to the Family of Harold and Lesley. Margaret King (Noreuil Room 21)

Kerri Yarsleysays:

Thank you for a wonderful and moving service to celebrate the amazing lives of Uncle Harold and Aunty Lesley.
My father, Alexander Ian Fraser, was Harold’s cousin and, as a child, I remember happy times spent together when the clan assembled for some very large family gatherings. Always good fun.
I also remember Uncle Harold sign-writing the names of the two Paper Tiger catamarans (Pink Panther (Julie’s) and Goldfinger (Rob’s)) back in the day when we did a lot of sailing down Rosebud way. I was always fascinated by how he could paint the lines so straight and used that little support stick so effortlessly to achieve a superb result.
I had no idea Uncle Harold lived to 102 and Aunty Lesley to 99. What a superb legacy for all their family members – such a huge store of memories, so precious.
Thank you again for allowing us to participate from a distance (Gold Coast) and remember the good times with gratitude, happiness and love.
A tear or two were also shed in a spirit of bonding and compassion.

Please pass on my sincerest condolences and love to all the Wilkes family.

Kind regards,

Kerri Yarsley (nee Fraser)
Daughter of Sandy and Kit Fraser, youngest sister of Robert and Julie Fraser.
