Joan passed away peacefully at Calvary Aged Care, Glenroy, aged 93 years.
Devoted and loving wife of 59 years to Brian (dec. 2011).
Loving mother to Margaret, Frances, Helen, Carmel and Damian, loved mother-in-law to George, Pat (dec.), Glenn, Rikk and Tracey.
Adored Nanny to 7 grandchildren and Great Nanny to 8 great grandchildren.
Joan was a beautiful loving lady with a soul and heart of gold. She was extremely clever
and creative, achieving anything she put her mind to.
Heaven’s Gain, Our Loss.

As per Joan’s wishes a
Private Service & Burial will be held.

Very sad to hear the news on Joan. We have known her through our friendship with Fran and although some of us have not met this gorgeous lady she has remained very much part of our lives. We have all benefitted from her beautiful painting or embroidery. With love to all Joan’s family and friends – she will be missed but she also left a lovely legacy for everyone to enjoy.
