John, Heather and Lynette,
Thinking of you all and your families as you honour your beautiful mum.
I really appreciate the times that your mum looked after me at the farm at Brocklesby and the friendship that your mum and dad had with my parents -Henny and Cop van den Broek. I know they also appreciated your mum and dad not only at Brocklesby but also later in life in Albury.
Praying for God’s comfort and peace as you say goodbye.

Helen Naughtinsays:

Dear John, Heather, Lynette and families,

My thoughts are with you today as you remember and honour the life of your lovely mother, Esme. Your mum was always so kind and inclusive to me through all my years when I was such good friends with Margie. She was also a wonderful neighbour and friend to my parents, Frank and Helen, as was your dad. She is remembered with great fondness by our family, and I am glad my brother, Steve, is able to attend today.

I have lots of memories of spending time at “Glenhope” with Margaret and your family. Your mum was always light hearted, fun and cooking up something delicious! She was my main mode of transport on many occasions….. to netball, or school socials or even the movies in Albury. She seemed to enjoy having a car full of kids! I know she was highly respected in the Brock community.

I hope you will find some solace today at that beautiful cemetery at Goombargana…such a peaceful place.

With my deepest sympathy and love,
Helen Naughtin
